I have a background in engineering, community organizing and NGO mgt (from Finland). I've lived in DC since '03 and am currently working mostly with World Bank on Africa energy issues. Knowledge mgt & ICT related issues are my long time passion.

Would you be interested in presenting to the group?

Yes. I've been developing a concept for creating a truly open & free platform for building a global & inclusive platform for sharing knowledge in the international development field. Not "just" one sector/field but all; like Wikipedia - but more.
