Introduction
I have been pursueing ICT for Development issues from 1995 and worked at UNDP (both country office and HQ), PAHO/WHO, private companies etc.. Currently, I am between the jobs and looking for opporunities in the field of ICTD.

Built local, regional, and global communities of practices to facilitate knowledge sharing that have enabled synthesis of best practices for improved policy environment of client Governments. Empowered country offices of international organisations through capacity building initiatives that have resulted in enhanced client support and services. Bi-Lingual in English, Fluent French, native Japanese, and elementary Spanish.
