Introduction
I am a software engineer from Mauritius working at NIST and I am very interested in ICT4D. I'm looking forward to pursuing my studies with a PhD or to work and to do research in this field.
Please post a short describtion about yourself and your experiences in this field.
I'm very interested to conduct research in this field and if possible taking the case of Mauritius. Areas of interest: Open Source technologies, E-governance, Health information Systems, empowering SMEs through ICT, GIS, IT policy...
