Introduction
I have worked on ICT capacity building in India. Am interested in learning about recent activities by various organizations and also identifying new ways of creating impact.

I am an economist working with an International research institute in the DC area. I worked in developing conceptual framework for capacity building and ICT was one of the components. I have also implemented a couple of pilot projects in India.
