Introduction
Getting my masters (currently doing my thesis) in development with a focus on ICTs.

My background is systems administration, with a BA in journalism of all things. When not on campus, I'm a consultant at a for-profit development agency in the District. I'm learning the theory -- now it's time to put it into practice!
