Introduction
Volunteer at The World Computer Exchange. MENA Regional Manager, Jordan and Peru Programme Officer. The World Computer Exchange is a global education & environmental nonprofit that helps connect youth in emerging market countries.
Please post a short describtion about yourself and your experiences in this field.
As a volunteer at the World Computer Exchange, active in: • Supporting education-oriented NGOs in fund raising and meeting WCE partner criteria. • Raising funds and marshalling resources for shipments (implemented an agreement with UN Agency in Jordan to ship 200 computers to serve elementary school students in 2006). • Assisting in project design, partnerships, funding and supply-side computer sourcing.
Would you be interested in presenting to the group?
I or other representatives of WCE can present on themes raging from logistics, to program design, and eWaste.
