I have worked as a lawyer in Kyrgyzstan and law clerk and an interpreter / legal advocate on behalf of newly-arrived immigrants in the USA. I possess considerable experience conducting research in the field of international law and related studies. I have first-hand experience living, traveling, studying and working in Eurasia and Europe and have extensive knowledge of the particularities of Russian and Central Asian cultural, political and economic systems, both local and international. I also have experience in the practice and teaching of comparative and public international law.
